How DTF Printing Works
The first print head applies Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Orange, and Green inks onto PET transfer film, producing an expanded range of vibrant colors.
The second print head lays down a precisely aligned white underbase that allows graphics to appear bright and vivid on virtually any garment color.
An adhesive powder is applied to the printed transfer before curing. Once heat pressed, the PET film peels away, leaving behind a soft, flexible, and durable printed design.
